These reproductions of visor cap, made in the Philippines, are of very high quality. They conform to the original models and feature the markings of manufacturer Richard Lotze, Leipzig.
Made to order to your size. Lead time between 6 and 10 weeks.
For most of the “Schirmmütze” caps in this section, you'll need to choose your preferred size and piping color. All caps are supplied complete with insignias (eagle, oak leaf and cockade or skull, chinstrap and buttons).

FYI: Waffen-SS caps are always piped in white, regardless of weapon or service, except during the period from May 10, 1940 to November 5, 1940, when piping in weapon color was authorized. These caps were worn until the end of the war.
For the tops of the headgear, we use the following fabrics:
- WOOL CLOTH , mainly for enlisted men's and non-commissioned officers' caps. This is the same wool cloth used for uniforms.
- TRICOTINE , mainly for officers and generals. This is the same tricotine used for uniforms.
- DOESKIN , it's a fine, dense woolen cloth that is soft and slightly fluffy to the touch, reminiscent of the softness of deer skin (doeskin in English). It is a combed wool fabric, tightly woven, then fulled and brushed to achieve a smooth, velvety surface. Very supple, matte, and with an elegant drape, it was prized for officers' and generals' caps for its military haute couture appearance. Headwear made from doeskin by private suppliers is considered to have a more luxurious look: elegant shape, smooth and velvety surface, more uniform color, and sharp creases.
